1. Information We Collect
Account information: When you sign up, we collect your name and email address. If you sign in via Google or GitHub OAuth, we receive your name, email, and profile identifier from the OAuth provider.
Credentials: To connect to your data sources and destinations, you provide API keys, OAuth tokens, or database credentials. These are encrypted at rest using per-customer Fernet encryption keys and are never stored in plaintext.
Usage data: We collect sync metadata (row counts, timestamps, error messages) to provide the Service and display dashboards. We do not inspect or store the contents of your synced data.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Service. This includes authenticating your account, executing data syncs, sending alert notifications, and processing payments through Stripe.
3. Data Processing
Landed acts as a data processor. Your data flows from source systems through our infrastructure to your designated destinations. We do not retain copies of your synced data. Sync metadata (row counts, schema information, error logs) is retained to power dashboards and debugging.
4. Data Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Credentials are encrypted with per-customer keys. Our infrastructure runs on Google Cloud Platform with network isolation and least-privilege access controls.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: Stripe for payment processing, Google Cloud Platform for infrastructure, and Google Analytics for anonymous usage analytics on our marketing site. We do not sell your data to third parties.
6. Data Retention
Account and sync metadata are retained while your account is active. Upon account deletion, we remove all stored credentials and personal information within 30 days. Anonymized aggregate usage statistics may be retained.
7. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. You may export your sync history and configuration through the API.
