1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Landed platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Description of Service
Landed provides managed data integration services, including data connectors that extract data from third-party sources and load it into your designated data warehouses and databases. The Service is provided on a subscription basis at the prices listed on our pricing page.
3. Your Data
You retain all rights to the data you process through Landed. We do not access, use, or share your data except as necessary to provide the Service. Credentials you provide are encrypted at rest using per-customer encryption keys. For details on how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Payment Terms
Subscriptions are billed monthly per active connector. You will be charged at the beginning of each billing period. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We will provide reasonable notice of scheduled maintenance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and synced data in your destination warehouses will remain under your control. We will delete your stored credentials and account data within 30 days.
